The Space:
An open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area greets you as you enter the house from the entry stairs. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on this level. The second floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bath, a guest bedroom with ensuite bath, and another guest bedroom.

The laundry room offers a full-size washer and dryer which are available for use during your stay.
Guests are welcome to use various beach and recreation items. This often includes reclining beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, tennis equipment, and corn hole boards but may vary throughout the season. A pack 'n play and high chair are also available.
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles (2 under the house and 2 in the driveway). Street parking and RV parking is not permitted.
Dog Friendly: Up to two dogs (house-trained) are allowed in the home and must be included on the reservation to be approved. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee that must be paid prior to your stay.
Guest Access:

★ Access to multiple community beach boardwalks within walking distance
★ Access to 2 resort pools (as well as a kiddie pool)
★ Access to tennis courts which are also lined for pickleball

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and/or unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of their photo ID after booking.
A security deposit hold of $500 is required. The automatic reserve is conducted by putting a hold (not a charge) on the Guest's credit card 2 days before the arrival date. If there are no damages to the property or additional charges, the hold will be released within 3 days of the stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available 9am-6pm via platform messaging only. While we do not reside full-time in the area, we have a cleaning and maintenance team in town that helps us address any issues. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
You will be able to self check-in with a door code provided 2 days prior to your arrival. You do not need to check-in at an office or pick up a key. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out time is at 10:00am. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate any early check-ins or late departures. This is to ensure our cleaning crew has ample time to clean and sanitize before and after your stay.
