Please come and enjoy our second floor, corner condo that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our condo is very comfortable, clean and very inviting. On the balcony we have pub table with two chairs & two stools which overlook the pond.

In the kitchen we have installed new cabinets, new appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots & pans as well as a blender, toaster, etc.
We have new flooring in the kitchen/living room. The living room has a TV for you and we have a fire stick in each of the TV’s in our condo. Just kick up your feet on our upholstered large storage ottoman.

In the master bedroom we have a new king size bed with a new mattress set. The master bedroom also has a TV with a fire stick.

In our second bedroom we have a full/double bed as well as a twin bed. We have new mattresses in this room. This bedroom has a TV with fire stick.

Upon arrival there are clean linens on all beds as well as sheets for the pull out sleeper sofa. There are start up sets of towels 6 large/6 hand/ washcloths/2 bath mats and soap and hotel size shampoo/conditioner.

For the kitchen there is 2 dish cloths/2 dish towels, dish detergent, dishwasher liquid and a roll of paper towels. There is no maid service during your stay.

There are washing machines and dryers located next to the the fitness center which is by the tennis pro shop.

We have the best section of beach on the island at our resort. During the summer season shore services rents chairs and umbrellas if you are interested.
The resort has 55 acres of property and close to our condo just across the parking lot is a barbecue/grilling area. It is always a great way to end a day at the beach by grilling and relaxing. There is a playground for children.

The island has over 200 restaurants to choose from, whatever your feeling like eating, it can be found on the island. We have some over the best restaurants around. Most of the restaurants are casual and it is always good to check if reservations are preferred.

The island has many activities to choose from and there is always something to do.
