The home features a full home water filter, hardwired internet for EMF protection (w/ optional wifi you can toggle on/off), faraday EMF blocking canopy bed (optional), Opus soundbed, higher dose sauna blanket, and 2 minute drive to a cold plunge/sauna facility.

With 3 bedrooms, and a dedicated office it provides a perfect, spacious environment for living and working while experiencing the best of Austin. Unlike most rental properties, the furniture and design is all high end and this place truly feels like a home because it is ours part of the year! For families, there is a baby room w/ crib if needed.

beautiful modern home close to downtown

Check-in process was a breeze and the host was super responsive and accommodating. The home is nice and spacious, super clean and the memory foam mattresses were great. I would absolutely rent this property again and highly recommend for anyone looking.

Temporary Home During Move

I stayed here with my parents for the first few days after moving to Austin and it was such lovely accommodations with a great space to work and an accessible neighborhood to great Austin food and vibes!
