Walk into a virtually brand new house that is 18 steps from the back deck to setup your chairs and umbrella for the day. Fully loaded with all new appliances, beds, coaches, flooring, kitchenwares, etc you will feel right at home.

The house is beachfront and literally as close as a house can get to the water and perfectly angled for amazing sunrises and to watch the Blue Angles practice right over the beach.

The house is fully equipped with beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, BBQ, corn hole, and a fully loaded kitchen so all you need to do is bring your swimsuit and sunblock.

Each bedroom is equipped with 50* SmartTVs, brand new beds and linens and USB ports next to each bed.

Coffee Lover? We got you covered with a fully stocked Coffee Bar with both K Cups and ground coffee, whole beans, grinder, frother, french press, to go cups, cream and sugar.

Lil Dragonfly is Amazing!

The Lil Dragonfly is just like its listing and it even exceeds it!! The hosts were very communicative and had tons of great suggestions on navigating the area and things to do. They reached out stumping the visit and were always available if needed. When we checked in the home was inviting and had sooo many neat edges. Beach towels at the ready, tvs were ready to stream apps, extra towels, toilet paper, toiletries were all available. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, airy and have excellent views of the water. Great porch for sitting and enjoying the views. The boardwalk down to the beach is sooo nice, you step off and you are right on the beach ready to sit and enjoy the day! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the Lil Dragonfly!!

Yay What a Stay!

We simply loved our stay at Little Dragonfly! It was the perfect spot to call home for a week. Everything matched the beautiful photos and the amenities were spot on. Arriving and finding a welcome bag was a fun treat. Of course the easy beach access and spectacular view was our top priority and that’s exactly what we got! Oh, and the coffee bar was wonderful and made our mornings easy breezy. Bill, the owner, was on top of all communications and needs that arose during our stay. We had some friends from home stop by for drinks and they were in awe of how great this home was too.

Beautiful beach house!

We loved our stay at Lil’ Dragonfly! The home itself was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we loved the little coffee bar! The patio overlooking the ocean was a great place for reading, playing games, and relaxing! The proximity to the beach was incredible! Just a few steps through the sand, and there we were! The beach was very quiet during our stay. I believe the only others out there were from the surrounding houses. This was exactly what we had hoped for. The sand and water were just perfect. Communication with Bill was easy and he responded promptly the couple of times that we had questions or needed assistance. Highly recommend this beautiful house for a great beach getaway!
