Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. Small gatherings of 6 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment will easily accommodate up to 6 people. Sit and read a book with a water view. This apartment is located in a building with a total of 4 apartments that is just steps away from Johns Pass Village. It is located on the second level with a private patio and water view. This apartment also provides 2 assigned parking spaces.
