Comfortable and classy Moon Lake home located directly on the banks of the lake! Views of the water from every room and an amazing screen porch that you will not want to leave all night! Open and spacious inside w cypress beams and great kitchen, bar, and sitting areas. The living room has large windows that opens the view of the water and sunset to the whole house and captures the beauty of Moon Lake. 3 bedroom, 3 bath that includes a large master bedroom w King size bed, guest bedroom w queen and double bed, and a 3rd bedroom w/ 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Best pier on the lake w a sunset view to die for and a large back yard that ends where the waters of Moon Lake begin!

Located only 14.3 miles from the Clarksdale blues scene and 12 miles from Helena, Arkansas!

*Pier is currently under construction but lake access directly from backyard as pictured! Boat can be pulled directly onto beach of backyard for East Moon Lake access!

Wonderful Spot to Stay for King Biscuit Blues Festival

Fun spot with a lot of beds and layout. Easy access to and from the Blue Festival in Helena, AR. We made it out on the dock to look around late at night on Saturday night. Looks like it would be a fun spot in the summer months when the slide could be used. Enjoyed our stay and good communication with property manager.

Sunsets

The sunsets are BEAUTIFUL from the screen porch. The house was close enough for us to run to the festival in Clarksdale and back anytime. So we had the best of two worlds. Who knows we may be back again next year 😁
