About this property

Wonderful Greens two bedroom and two and a half bath townhome near the community pool. Beach access is only minutes away on a shaded bike path. Living room is open with views out to the Shipyard golf course. Large TV in living room with fold out couch. Second floor Master bedroom with updated en suite full bath and king size bed. Guest room has queen bed and twin bed with updated full bath. Living Room has sleeper sofa so seven people can sleep comfortably. Deck has a beautiful view to enjoy after a wonderful day at the beach. Community pool has plenty of room for everyone or take a walk or ride on the shaded path to the beach.

Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy and miles of bike paths too. The beach is close enough to walk, but if needed, you can park and there are handicapped spots available too. Van Der Meer tennis is across the street where world class athletes play tennis all year long. Sonesta Hotel is also across the street with several restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths, 200 restaurants, 250 shops and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches. You can go shopping, play golf, deep sea fishing, para sailing, jet skiing or just relax on the beach or get a massage too. Wonderful family vacation spot to enjoy. very nice condo

Our stay was great. The location was perfect for walking to the beach for our morning stroll. Condo was clean and well appointed.

Great Retreat

Everything was in order and as described. If you want to go to the beach, I would suggest bikes. It was extremely humid when we stayed and the bikes would have been helpful. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Greens 147 Holiday

We very much enjoyed this villa. It is as pictured in a wonderful location. Well equipped and comfortable, clean and quiet. Pool setting is pretty and it was awesome to be able to bike to beach in 5 minutes. Excellent small Weber BBQ ( propane) on back deck really added to our home cooked meals. Thank you for sharing ! We had a wonderful vacation and would return again .
