POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 adults and 2 children (under 16).
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. This home has a narrow shared driveway, please be sure not to block the neighboring homes.
3. The master bedroom does not have a closet but there is an area to hang clothes.
4. The washer and dryer are located in the detached garage.
5. 4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
6. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY –
Reservations are considered booked when Guest's prepayment has been received. Reservation Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is considered non-refundable (less any taxes paid).
