*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. Memories created on the beach

This house was just right for our families...plenty for the children to enjoy and right on the beautiful beach. There were several items missing in the kitchen which would have helped for cooking and cleaning up. The elevator was exceptional for a grandpa confined to a wheelchair. The bathrooms were plenty with towels and linens very clean and exceptional.

Needs love

Huge home but unfortunately, it is between a rundown motel and a parking lot. The house had termites, and we had to call an exterminator, the shower doors were falling off, the blinds are broke, and everything was extremely dirty, with just a small amount of effort it could be a great place, the pool was nice as was the location on the beach.

Best vacation ever

Ex property! Room room & more room for big families! Everyone , all ages loved house & property! Beach was sooo wonderful! Host was excellent! Had an air conditioning issue but was taken care of promptly!! Will rent again !! 5 star !!!! Stayed lots of beaches but Anna Maria/ Bradenton us excellent!!!!
