Beautiful Adam's Escape offers spectacular views of the ocean and Little Island fishing pier. Wonderfully decorated and sophisticated, this three-bedroom retreat boasts superb styling, amenities, and finishing touches. There’s plenty of space for family and friends to get together in spacious Adam's Escape. Some amenities include TVs and DVD players, assorted board games, free premium cable channels and complimentary WIFI access, and phone services.

The open floor kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of pantry space. We even have a Keurig for a quick cup of coffee in the morning before setting out on the private oceanfront balcony to rest in our cozy patio seating. The living area has plenty of seating for everyone and a large screened TV so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or step outside onto the oceanfront balcony and relax with a good book on the patio style seating or watch the dolphins and other sea life as they gracefully swim by. Enjoy the six-seat full-size patio dining set for a serene and beautiful meal.

Step into the main suite and enjoy a wonderful king bed, private bath, lots of closet space, and TV so you can catch up on your favorite late night shows, or step out onto your private balcony and enjoy an evening cocktail and listen to the waves crash against the sand.

Cook in your well-appointed kitchen or one of the many outdoor Viking grills located around the first-level pool deck. Lastly, don't forget all your favorite beach gear from home or use our complimentary beach supplies, such as beach chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella, all conveniently located in the ground-level garage storage closet right next to the easy beach access.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
