This condo is a luxurious and spacious oceanfront beach retreat with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate everyone. The living room is surrounded by a large private wraparound terrace offering magnificent ocean views. Some of the luxury amenities we have included for your convenience are a leather sectional, luxury mattresses, two main suites, a designated bedroom for kids of all ages, a full-size bedroom for those that prefer not to climb, gourmet kitchen amenities, high-tech electronics including free WIFI, a high definition widescreen TV in the living room with a state-of-the-art surround-sound audio system with an entertainment outlet on the wall to easily connect your laptop, iPod docking station, high-definition TV in the main bedroom, and an integrated DVD player in every bedroom. The loft room has a game outlet built into the wall so bring your game consoles!

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, an upgraded stainless steel stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a full range of small appliances for your convenience (standard and mini food processors, toaster oven, blender, etc). The cabinets are equipped with utensils, dishes, and specialty glassware to meet your every need. Attention to detail is evident in everything from hair dryers, books, games, DVDs, CDs, luggage racks, extra closet shelves, and more to delight guests young and old. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
The hot tub will be unavailable in winter 2023 due to construction.
The hot tub is closed during the summer months.
Pool hours are 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
