Newer home stylishly decorated and located in a quiet Williams Bay neighborhood steps away from all that Geneva Lake offers. Public Beach, Boat Launch, iconic 2o.9 mile shore path, Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy, Restaurants, Ice Cream & Coffee Shops, Grocery/Deli, Bike Rental, and Parks are all a short 2-10 minute walk. Ten minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva, Lake Delavan, Lake Como, Fontana. Five to 10 minute drive to Championship Golf at Geneva National, Abbey Springs, plus many others.

Thanksgiving family

Visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving weekend. This property is great. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved the sun-room. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a nice walk. Definitely recommend.

Exceeded All Our Expectations

This house is cute, quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped, besides being situated in a great location. Joanie knows how to treat her guests well. You will love her home with its modern conveniences, although we didn't turn on the tv once. The kitchen was functional and we ate most of our meals in. The outside grill worked well. We loved the brand new bright three season room, too, with its comfy furniture. We trotted over to the local ice cream place twice, ate at local restaurants and walked the lakefront path each day, all with no need to hop in the car. Having been a long-time vrbo user, I usually leave a rental with a list of "need-to-do's" as a courtesy (not a complaint) upon checking out. Couldn't think of a thing here other than to thank Joanie for our excellent stay.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our time at The Bungalow by the Bay. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the well stocked kitchen. It’s a perfect location for walking to all that Williams Bay has to offer. We hope to return again soon!

A Lovely Stay

What a lovely home! It was a great place for a girlfriend weekend and we appreciated the thoughtfulness in providing a comfortable, well stocked home with a nice backyard.

Williams Bay Ranch near Lake and Downtown Area

This house is very clean and tastefully decorated. It has all the essentials you need and close to downtown area. This is our second time here and we will be back!
