Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

Ski weekend

We had a great stay at Cold Spring Camp. The house was just as described and spacious. The game room was great for the kids. House was clean, property was secluded enough that we were comfortable having the fire outside without feeling like anyone was watching. Great hike a Tanner Falls on our off day of skiing. Owners were available to communicate having a bathroom issue fixed in a timely manner.

Great Getaway

Great home and very clean. Easy access to Elks Ski Resort. The game room was a great bonus for the kids.

The house was large and very comfortable. The only downside was that the beds are extremely hard and not very comfortable.

Our stay

The property is beautiful. The surrounding area is also beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. For the most part the property is very well maintained with small exceptions. There were a few things that didn't function properly. I don't think they were any fault of the property management because the things wouldn't have been noticed without actually inspecting them. Management communicates but the response time was a bit slow for my liking. Also i was left with a few unanswered questions. Our stay was great overall. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves. My teenager and her friends enjoyed themselves. And my younger children enjoyed themselves as well. I would definitely return to the property because as stated before the property is beautiful and we had a great time there.
