When it says you can hear everything you can!
We rented the place while exploring CS and it was in the perfect location, was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the neighbors decided to have a party on our first night there. There was screaming, yelling, loud music and what can only be described as jumping and tumbling on our ceiling until almost 2am. [The contract we signed on the VRBO website was clear that quiet time is 10p and that if there are complaints additional charges to the guest and they would be asked to leave.] Since it was a Sat night we did not begin contacting the host until after 11; however, while we complained thru email, text and phone calls, we did not hear back from anyone until the next morning. There was no offer of reimbursement or anything other than a "sorry." I had to ask for additional information about whether the other guests would be there the next night and while I asked for reimbursement it was never discussed. We've rented through VRBO for years and this was the first time I was so dissatisfied. While the place is great, I cannot recommend staying here as I did not feel supported by the host. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
