The front door opens into a beautiful recently renovated living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a comfy reclining couch and chairs - the perfect place to relax and watch the 55" TV. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffeemaker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes and cookware. Basics such as coffee, tea, and sugar will be available.

All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

From the kitchen, you can see the beautiful dining room with seating for 6 around a custom made solid wood table. Bar stools are also provided for additional seating around the kitchen counter if needed. The dining room also features a custom Wichita inspired mural - great for a photo-op!

The laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and iron is located just off the kitchen.

Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

Three bedrooms total; two bedrooms have queen size beds, another with a king size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with comfy mattresses and luxurious bedding. A convertible sleeper chair is also available for a 7th guest.

Have kids? Don’t worry - we will have a pack and play ready for your visit if needed!

Working? This space has a workspace with fast Wi-Fi, and is conveniently located in the dining room.

This property is non-smoking and drug-free. This includes E-cigarettes and any illegal substances. Please do not bring pets into the home. We highly encourage you to not rearrange any of the furniture in the home.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
