About this property

Our cozy home is small and has an open floor plan. It was just remodeled with a new kitchen and bathroom. Tiled floors throughout and a private outdoor patio for grilling and relaxing. Just minutes from downtown historic Punta Gorda, boat ramps and walking distance to the Harbor walk. Lot's to do here! Boating, fishing, Bike rentals are free downtown, the Harbor walk wraps around the Peace River, outdoor bands, and many restaurants. The community pool is just 3 minutes away. No pets, No smoking. Main person staying must be 30 yrs or older.

Property Managers Fantastic

Overall my stay was great! The property was exactly what was described and a super location for what I needed. John and Lori were easy to reach and live locally. I would book again if in the area.
