Layout: 
This beautiful home is complete with 3 levels! The first level is home to a queen bed master suite, complete with an en suite bathroom, wet bar, and beverage cooler. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The third level has an additional master suite with one queen bed and full bed, and another en suite with a king bed. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom!

Parking:
There is room for one car in the garage, and one car in the driveway, directly behind the garage. Any additional parking for this unit is off the alley behind the building. Please do not block the other unit's driveways as they are occupied by full time residents. (Parking in the Acklen Avenue Driveway could result in your vehicle being towed.) Thank you!

Getting Around: 
The location of this rental is pure gold! It's walking distance to the beautiful bustling neighborhood of Hillsboro Village that's home to some of the best eats and shops of Nashville! Neighborhood amenities include your choice of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping, and more - all right at your fingertips! On top of that, you'll only be 5 minutes from other desirable Nashville hotspots like The Gulch, Music Row, West End, and downtown Broadway just to name a few. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
