Villa Barefoot is located in the heart of Cape Coral, one of the most desirable residential areas of Cape Coral.
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets or the pier are in walking distance. This vacation home is especially suitable for families with children. Free tennis courts and playgrounds are available at the foot of the yacht club.

For boat enthusiasts, this house is the perfect choice. Within 5 minutes you are on the river that leads you directly to the Gulf of Mexico and to the most beautiful beaches in the area. The house boat is optional for rent, which is highly recommended. It eliminates the annoying driving to the jetty or cumbersome mooring dock. You drive comfortably, from the only for the tenants of the house usable boat lift.

Our holiday villa is located on an extra large plot. Privacy was very important to us when choosing the house. The house is located at the end of the road. Only residents use the street therefore it´s the perfect spot for families.

The pool and spa can be heated by a separate heater even in winter to pleasant temperatures.

Our house can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

From the elegant, light-filled living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. The glass sliding doors can be completely opened, so that sets a great interior-exterior feeling. The living room offers a large LCD TV, Wi- Fi surround system.

In addition to the large master bedroom (42'LCD) with a king size bed, you have another queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in third bedroom available.

The master bedroom has a spacious shower. The guest bathroom offers a shower as well

Also from the kitchen with oven, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave you have the fantastic pool and canal view. All imaginable kitchen appliances are at your disposal.

From the living room, dining room and master bedroom there is direct access to the pool.

The lanai offers plenty of space for long barbecues by the pool. The grill is mobile, so even evenings directly on the boat dock would be possible.

Of course, there is free high-speed Wi Fi throughout the house. Using amplifiers, we were able to extend the Wifi-range even to our boat dock.

Great property needs TLC and website updates

No heated pool no cable TV both still on website boat dock not set for boat no ladder owner had work done on house in pool area while we rented it unable to be in pool for a day no pool chairs or many little amenities necessary to be a 5 star house. Location is great neighborhood great sunsets are gorgeous beds comfortable

Location is perfect

Property was basic but clean. Needs new blinds and locks. Pool and hot tub were a bonus with kids and great location.

Hot tub was not working upon arrival and an air pump for pool toys would have been nice.

Lovely property and it was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Upon arrival, we were met by the "check-in" team. They informed us that the hot tub was not working and they were trying to get in touch with a pool company to fix it. We arrived on a Wednesday and the hot tub was not fixed until 4PM on Friday. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it had a hot tub and we could only enjoy it for 2 days during our stay. There were a few tubes for the pool, but they were not inflated. It would have been nice if a pump of some sort was available to blow them up. I will say that the house manager/management company were easy to reach and did their best to resolve the hot tub issue. Even though we had a few issues, I would highly recommend Villa Barefoot and we anticipate returning soon.

Best family getaway!

Such a relaxing place to unwind after watching spring training ball games. Kids played in the pool, caught crabs in the canal while we relaxed on the couch. Kitchen was great for cooking had everything we needed. Close to a Publix, quiet neighborhood.
