Lighthouse Retreat has everything you could possibly need for a quick weekend getaway or a long-term stay! Lighthouse Retreat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully fenced backyard. Kick back & relax in our Texas-themed house that's located less than a mile from boat ramp 6. We have a big Texas-sized driveway so bring your boat. The backyard has a great covered patio & grill/smoker (charcoal) so you can BBQ and sit outside. You will love seeing the deer that stop by twice a day. If you have an EV, we have a Tesla wall charger & J1772 adapter is available for non-Tesla vehicles.

We offer contactless check-in via unique smart access codes for each guest which deactivate after your checkout for security purposes. We will communicate about local attractions closer to your check-in date and this information will also be available in the Welcome Book. We are always a text away if you have any questions.

Our home is located in a climate that is teeming with insects & wildlife. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, guests may encounter wasps, snakes, ants, scorpions etc. While we do utilize quarterly pest control services at all properties we are unable to offer any guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside our home. We do our best to prevent this from occurring and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner.

July 4th boat trip

Perfect long driveway for boat trailer but on the main road unfortunately. Short drive to boat ramp 6. Very clean home but ac cannot keep up with the heat in July. Set at 72 in afternoon and only runs at 76 output so house doesn't get down to 70 degrees for nighttime sleeping until around midnight. Definitely will stay again though. Worked perfect for our getaway. Thank you.

We are close to so much, including Comal Park, New Braunfels, White Water Amphitheater, Gruene, San Marcos, Bulverde, the lake (obviously) and the Guadalupe and Comal River(s). We have a Texas-sized parking area so make sure to bring your boat/water toys.
