The upstairs of the house has three additional bedrooms including a primary bedroom with a king sized bed, little balcony for morning coffee and beautifully renovated ensuite spa-like bathroom.

The guest room has a queen size bed and a crib, and the third/children's bedroom has a twin over full size bunkbed and a full size trundle bed. There is a second fully renovated bathroom as well.

Truly made for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining, there are several furnished areas on the wraparound deck including a seating section with sofa and chairs, a dining area, lounge chairs and green-egg BBQ. A newly constructed deck will be in completed shortly off of the pool as well. Indoor and outdoor sound systems round out this well pointed home.

The wooded areas of the property are advised to stay out of, as the area ticks are prevalent. While we treat the yard and the area close to the house for ticks, we recommend checking for ticks after extended periods outside as a safety precaution. There is bug spray available onsite.

The connected garage and basements are off limits to guests. But guests may use the main entrance with keyless entry and all doors leading to the deck.

The swimming pool is heated and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is equipped with the highest safety rating automatic pool cover. Children must be accompanied by an adult whenever in the pool and when the pool is not in-use, the safety cover must be closed. Guests may enjoy the deck and the chairs and the pool toys but are not allowed to use or operate any pool equipment including the heater. Requests can be made ahead of time for the heat to be turned on and a caretaker will assist.
