A spacious retreat for the ideal alpine getaway awaits at this home, located lakeside across from the Lake Arrowhead Country Club golf course. When you aren't hitting the fairway, try a scenic stroll in a local park or hike on a trail. Even better, pack some food for a picnic along Blue Jay Bay. Lake Arrowhead Village and Blue Jay Village are less than five miles away and offer an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

When your adventures lead you back to your vacation home, its vaulted ceilings and two decks boasting gorgeous lake views will be waiting to help you relax even further. Relax in the open living area, toss some logs into the wood-burning fireplace, and then watch your favorite shows and movies on the TV. For some friendly competition, take everyone to the game room, which boasts its own pool table and dartboard. Have something playing on the TV in the background while a group member plays bartender and serves everyone refreshing drinks as you all unwind. When it's time to eat, have the group chef prepare something memorable using the well-equipped kitchen and appreciate it together in the dining room, or dine alfresco on one of the decks so you can indulge in the gorgeous view, as well as the food. Feel free to sear something to perfection on the grill to complement the meal. Enjoy a good book and the crisp mountain air on the lower deck as the evening comes to a close.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
