Spread across two floors, this condo offers added comforts like a gas fireplace and a spacious deck for enjoying sunny afternoons.
ABOUT THE CONDO
The inviting living room is furnished with comfy seating and a 46in TV with DVD player. On winter nights, a stone fireplace keeps the space nice and toasty.
Find everything to make meal prep easy in a kitchen with full-size appliances and cabinets stocked with dishes and cookware. In the mornings, sip coffee and dig into pancakes at the kitchen bar for three.
Beside the kitchen, a dining table offers seating for four more. Head out to the small private deck after dinner and take in the fresh air.
A sunny primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both rooms share access to a bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. On the entry level, there's a convenient half bath.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a stackable washer/dryer, parking for one car, and cable TV are provided. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
All leases require a minimum 30-day term.

Travel 2 minutes to the Heavenly California Lodge. Explore trails across two states while soaking up stunning lake views.
For laid-back summer days, drive 4 minutes to Ski Run Marina for boutique shops, art galleries, beachside relaxation, and boat cruises. Or travel 7 minutes and enjoy disc golf at Bijou Community Park.
You're also minutes away from local eateries. Drive 2 minutes to Himmel Haus for hearty Bavarian dishes, or Cafe Fiore for fabulous Italian cuisine. For evening entertainment, drive 5 minutes to sip cocktails and roll the dice in a Stateline casino.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 1 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. Please note: Open outdoor fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
