About this property

This split level home affords all of the comforts of home while you are on vacation. This three bedroom home accommodates 6 and is located near many attractions in Southern Maine.
The first level is a half flight of stairs up from the entrance where the living room, kitchen and dinning room are located. Just off the kitchen/dining space is a deck with outdoor seating and grill.

All three bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the top floor, a half flight up from the main living area. Bedroom one has a king bed with smart tv. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed and smart TV. Bedroom three has two twin beds with smart tv.
One level down from the main living area (half from the entrance) there is a second bathroom with a bonus living room with a smart TV and futon.

Wells fall weekend

We rented this property for a few days to attend a family funeral in the area. Just an adorable property, convenient to beaches and restaurants. Super clean, friendly agent, no complaints.

VERY PLEASED!

The place was great! Very close to where we have stayed in the past, so loved the location. Large rooms, loved the updates, great large kitchen and well stocked. LOVED having 3 bedrooms/comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. LOVED the AC! Worked great. Full size w&d also a plus. 12:00 check out was a bonus!! Would stay here again. Small snag with check in. Did not have code to get into lock box to get key to get into house? Not last 4 digits of cell as instructed. Resolved within 1/2 hour. (Thanks) Just not a great way to start, after a 8 hour drive. Small suggestions. Only clock was the small one on the stove. Clock on kitchen wall didn't work/even bought a new battery. No clocks in bedrooms or anywhere else?? Also, no mirrors?? Just bathrooms and one in one bedroom. Would have worked better with additional bedroom mirrors with 5 adults. Just small things. :) All in all, very pleased! Thanks!

Quiet neighborhood conveniently located

Beautiful location, conveniently located to beaches and activities. Neighborhood is very quiet with no traffic. House was well stocked with any cooking needs. Plenty of room and well maintained. Family had such a good time!
