The apt. is much like the listing says and the location was great. There were some "quirks" which were unusual in our experience with such stays: the wifi password on the refrigerator magnet was missing a letter, causing us to request the right password which was done in a timely manner (we couldn't possibly be the only guests that had this problem); there is no dresser in the bedroom but there are shelves in the closet behind a wall that impedes access; only 1 tiny nightstand, making charging electronics unnecessarily difficult; the painting above the bed still had a price tag and the 4 corner savers with writing on 2 corners; the towels were some sort of velour with advertising for the property management company and didn't absorb water, but fortunately there were 2 beach towels.
That said, we were flexible and the overall apt., setting and location were fine. These quirks just seemed unusual for a VRBO and could have been eliminated very simply and inexpensively.
