About this property

This spacious getaway in the heart of Panama City Beach is just 10 mins from sandy white beaches and emerald green coasts. Close enough to spend the day at the beach, but away from the bustling main beach strip. This is also a perfect location for families attending sporting events as the Publix Sports Park is just a 5 min drive!

This townhome is 2 years old. Recently upgraded to provide guests with all new quality furniture, beds, TVs, cookware, grill, beach chairs (4), beach umbrellas (2). Simple beach decor makes this property a comfortable place to relax, cook meals and have privacy while you visit Panama City Beach.

The home sleeps 7 so you can rest easy with a King and Queen size bed and a Queen/ XL Twin Bunk.

I provide a fully equipped kitchen with essential cooking items for your morning coffee and to enjoy a meal together at home. With plenty of restaurants nearby you could also skip the dishes and catch a sunset by the pier.

Cozy up with a movie after a day at the beach with our DIRECTV Streaming or log-in to your streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Disney and Hulu) to catch up on your favorite shows. There are TVs in the living room, Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.

WIFI is available throughout the home with 360+mbps speed.

Our community pool, only accessible for Hathaway Townhome owners and guests such as yourself is a 2 min walk away.

Free Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles.
