Excellent

Overall it was a pleasant stay. House was clean. Listed amenities was available. Driveway was little too small and local streets were very congested

Overall great stay

This rental was really nice. Luckily with this neighborhood they have been getting better at communicating what they provide as base needs to get through your stay. Make sure to bring things like extra toilet paper and paper towels plastic silverware. The house was exactly like the pictures. We opted to rent the grill however it gave us a few issues with safety making the food so we ended up buying a small one from Walmart and using it. The ac was a bit touchy they have two units one upstairs which always seemed to be a bit hot and one downstairs that was always freezing. With bigger homes I get that so it wasn’t a big deal. The wifi could’ve been improved lots of call dropping when trying to help my guests arrive. Also parking could’ve been more efficient they don’t have very many parking spaces me and my guests came from all over the state so we had about 6 cars and they only allow 4 or 5 so parking was a bit tight. Other than these minor issues the place is great. I’ve started in this neighborhood under different management and I’ve always had a great time. The did try to charge an extra cost for the lazy river which is knew and I found a big ridiculous your paying 15000 bucks to stay somewhere that advertised the lazy river as apart of the price so that sucked. I’ll definitely be coming back here next fall. Thank you so much !

Would definitely recommend!

The check in process was great and the host was very attentive to any questions we had, and the home was freshly cleaned. The community was located to many grocery stores and food options. The only thing that could’ve been better was providing more toiletries such as toilet tissue especially for a home this big that serves many guests. But overall great stay I would definitely come again.

room for improvement

This large house accommodated our family of 17 very well space-wise. However it was not well equipped or well provisioned. We would advise bringing basics such as soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap, blankets (if you want more than a light bedspread.) No basics for cooking such as seasonings are there. The furnishings in the bedrooms were bare bones also.

Great stay.

Loved the property, definitely recommend. The host responded quickly to my questions and was always helpful. The house has two refrigerators and two dishwashers, very convenient for large groups.
