This is a one bedroom, one full bathroom apartment that is 746 sq. ft. It is located on the second floor, giving you extra security. There is one assigned covered parking space right in front of the apartment and then additional uncovered parking that is not assigned. There is a private patio attached to the apartment. Easy access to I-15, the major freeway to access all of the Salt Lake, Orem, Provo and American Fork area.

Located right off of I-15, the apartment is tucked back in a quiet, peaceful space. This is a Pet Friendly unit. There is a dog park and playground right outside the building. Near restaurants and shopping makes thing very convenient.

Security camera/recording device — Doorbell Camera - located on the outside, exterior, of the unit on or next to, the front/entry door. The Doorbell Camera is a motion-activated device which actively records any and all motion.

Quick Trip

I needed a place to stay for a quick two night trip that took dogs and had a gym. Everything was very easy and clean. Super convenient for everything we needed. I’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great stay in Orem!

Clean and comfortable location, which was perfect for visiting our family with our puppy in tow. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. Highly recommended!

Great place during winter storm

We enjoyed the condo while we visited Utah. Turned out to be a winter wonderland. Loved the location, easy to get on and off freeway and hit restaurants and stores. They have an on-site gym that was great, used it daily! Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Very dog friendly, which our little buddies loved. Would definitely stay again.
