About this property

Enjoy Lexington from a great central location. Our home is blocks from Transylvania University and downtown Lexington. We are right across the street from Martine's Pastries so hop over and enjoy a latte and her famous pistachio cake. The home is adjacent to the Legacy bike trail, so bring your bike (or ask us to provide one for you) to explore the town and countryside!

We remodeled this home ourselves with a lot of love and work and hope you will enjoy the open kitchen/living space, master suite, second bedroom with king size bed, and office with a futon. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry staples and includes a ninja blender, Japanese knifes, and a air fryer.

Not a rule but very considerate and kind to take off shoes at the side door. It really helps with the cleaning of the whole home.

Please take your trash out back to the green bin. Recycling goes in the blue bin and consists of: cardboard, glass, paper and plastics.#1/2.

If there are more then four guests, you will be sent an additional charge of $25 a guest per night. The maximum guests are six total and a firm rule.

Great property to visit lexington

Place was a great place to visit my daughter at the UK. We slept 4 people easily and it is located close to downtown. Would stay again!

Great Place for a Group of 6 Ragnar Runners

This house was clean and well stocked. The private parking in the back is very nice. This is a great place for a larger group. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend this house!
