For entertainment even closer to home, head to the enormous detached game room where you can compete at ping-pong, board games, or arcade-style basketball. Relax or dine alfresco on the private patio with the peaceful ambience of the fenced yard. On sunny days, you can host a cookout using the private gas grill.

The main house features a seamless blend of antique fixtures and elegant furnishings with modern amenities. Natural light abounds with large windows and skylights. Prepare your favorite recipes in the spacious Colonial-style kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The formal dining room offers the opportunity to host high-class dinners.

Please note that The Yarmouth House - House Only may be rented with The Yarmouth House - Carriage House as The Yarmouth House to accommodate up to 14 guests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
