If you are looking for a fun family friendly stay with modern amenities, this is it! This beautiful home is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and equipped with modern appliances. We are in a quiet neighborhood on the northwest side of the lake. The property is located approximately 100 feet from the water across the road, offering multiple vantage points of the lake.

This home has an open floor plan, with A/C and high speed internet. There are 2 smart TV’s with access to multiple streaming services. There is a first floor washer and dryer as well as a first floor master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen has a dining table with seating for 8 and an island with additional seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with several small appliances including a coffee maker, slow cooker, and quesadilla maker among other items. There is plenty of dishware, utensils, pots and pans to accommodate all of your needs. The living room has large very comfortable sectional with built in recliners at the touch of a button and an oversized
lounge chair!

Moving upstairs to the 2nd level, there are 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with a window facing the lake and offering nice views of the water. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, a desk for remote work, and a crib for a little one. Bedroom 3 is the bunk bed room offering a queen bed with a twin bunk bed above it and offers a westward view of the lake. Finally, bedroom 4 also has a queen bed and windows facing south and west with views of the water.

The front of the home has a sizable deck with a dining table and seating for 6 plus 2 additional lounge chairs. In the backyard there is a new propane gas grill and a fire pit available for use. There is enough space to park 4 vehicles in the driveway. Any additional vehicles will need to park down the road at the nearby park. There are 4 single seat kayaks with life jackets in youth and adult sizes that are available for use during your stay. Lake access is approximately 150 yards down the road to the west where there is a private boat launch.
If you are looking for fun on the water there are also multiple marinas around the lake offering watercraft rentals.

Kid friendly accommodations: bunk beds, high chair, step stool, crib, children’s books, kids toys located within the closet of the kids room

Family friendly amenities: Indoor we have a variety of games including board games and cards. We have 4 kayaks available for use with life jackets provided. In the garage we have outdoor equipment for pickle ball, basketball, and tennis. For beach days we have swimming floats, inflatable beach balls, and
beach towels.

We are located a quarter mile from a wonderful local community park that is well maintained. The park has a playground, pickle ball court, tennis court, basketball court, soccer field, baseball field, and a little library. There is a paved loop around the park, perfect for walking, running, or riding bikes.

The property is within 5 minutes of Yankee Springs Recreation Area with over 5,000 acres in area. There is a beautiful beach perfect for family play. Within the recreation area you will find a kayak/paddle board rentals, boat launch, fishing pier, and endless trails.

Security: 3 exterior cameras, facing out. There are no cameras inside of the house

NOTE: Absolutely no smoking in the house at any time and no pets. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. This includes vaping. Pets are not allowed on property.
