Higgins Lake cabin for rent. Quiet, dead-end road with only 4 other houses. Walking distance to South Higgins Lake, and right down the street from Gerrish Marina where you can launch your boat or jet skis. A short drive to South Higgins Lake State Park. Can comfortably sleep 7.

Cottage is 3 bedroom/1 bath, with tv, wifi, washer and dryer. Cabin does NOT have air but has several ceiling fans and gets a nice breeze.

Family get together

Very nice cottage. We, my family, enjoyed the wooded area and beautiful Higgins Lake. Very spacious, comfortable for all. I would reserve this again.

Happy Little House!

This is our second time staying in this cabin, and once again, it did not disappoint! It’s the perfect little getaway in such a beautiful location… So near both of the lakes! We can’t wait to come again next year. The owner was extremely easy to contact and was helpful with all our questions!

The inside of the house was very clean. There was some beverages left from the previous guest before us, which I left in the refrigerator. Plenty of supplies/linens etc. The only thing I would say to improve on would be the outside. There was dead leaves everywhere and tall weeds. The outside of the house/porch wasn't very clean like the inside. Overall, it was good.

Perfect for a long weekend!

We were very happy with the cleanliness and homey feeling of this rental. It fit 4 adults and 4 children comfortably. We stayed for a long weekend with so we could enjoy the lake on the boat, with state park only being 1 mile away, the location is perfection. It was a great to come home after a long day on the water to relax. We sat by the fire at night played games, no mosquitoes!! Five stars!

Family Stay

The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean and had what we needed. Beds were comfy. We used the house as a place to sleep for extra guests and will use again. Hosts were easy to contact and communicate with.

We loved the location, we loved the peacefulness, and it has provided us with many relaxing weekends. The combination of the distance from the water along with a woods like feel is what first got us.
