Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature.

My stay was excellent; the only problem we had was not being told in advance about only having one roll of toilet paper, and only one set of dry towels, no face towels, only one roll of paper towels for a stay of 5 days four nights, and not being able to extend early cheek in and late check-out,
