Black Bear II

Nice property in the north woods. Many areas under construction lead to poor access (Parking lot closed off that was shown in photos) instead had to haul suitcases and coolers up steep stairways. Manager was attentive to resolving issues. Accurancy of property description needs work. Good fishing and swimming but not directly on water as implied, steep walking paths to beach area, campfires allowed on 2 points quite a walk away from cottage. We had a nice time but not as we anticipated.
