Windsor Island

The house, location, and community amenities were excellent. We did have a few issues with pool and hot tub heat, a/c, and the water heater. We would strongly consider staying at this house again.

Beautiful House

This House was everything I expected and so much more. It was Stunning, and very well stocked with Linens and Toiletries. The kids loved the complimentary snack bar and the adults loved the coffee bar. The play area in the garage for the kids was spectacular. The grocery store is right around the corner and the club house is within walking distance . We had one minor technical issue and management had the issued fixed within hours. I can't say enough about this Home and the management team . Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful home with my Family.

Resort was nice, property management lacking

Overall the property was fine. The house was nice but floors were dirty uptown arrival. We also were notified the pool heater that we paid for wasn’t working. We continued to ask all week and only received limited responses about a part on order and that the pool was managed by a third party company. While things happen and are sometimes out of a person’s control, the lack of proactive communication and urgency in fixing the problem was disappointing. Still waiting on the refund for the heating cost! Would also add that some nights were filled with loud neighbors and speeding cars down the main road. One positive note was the resort amenities and pool. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and lounging in the heated lazy river. The resort amenities were convenient and clean.

This place was amazing and we enjoyed it! VERY CLEAN AND UP TO DATE THE KIDS FAVORITE PART WAS THE PLAY ROOM.. We loved it thanks for having us! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Review

Loved the home and all the activities at the resort. Great for the grandchildren. The home was a great size for our whole family. Each time we identified an issue maintenance or housekeeping were there quickly. We found that the upstairs of the home was warm. Tried closing the blinds during the day, we had someone come in and look at the air conditioner. Spider man room was too hot to sleep in as the fan is broken and it couldn't be repaired. Overall though we loved the home. Suggestion for Street, Aloha Blvd, NEED speed bumps on that road. Some people go so fast and obviously don't understand there are young children in the area.
