Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Cozy but loud construction above

The room was very nice, very clean, and cozy with very bright and cheery decor; the bathroom area was very tight but also very clean. There was an issue with construction going on in the unit above us and it was extremely loud and annoying. We would have liked to have been informed that the construction was going to be taking place during the daylight hours. We could not even have a conversation as it was very loud, with hammering and scraping on the floor, walls being hit with items, cabinets being slammed, things falling onto the floor (which was our ceiling) clomping around by the workers and loud voices. Had we had this information, we would have reconsidered staying in that particular unit.

Our favorite spot

This is our third time booking this place and room cause it’s so cozy and exactly how i like it. Close to everything and such amazing staff members.

Tahoe trip

Overall the property was good, blinds in living room wouldn’t close, not a huge deal. We were warned ahead of time that the property was having sliding replaced, didn’t think it would be right next to the unit the entire time. The people in the unit above us were incredibly loud, obviously not the fault of Vacasa. If we stayed at the property again would definitely opt for a bigger condo type unit, not one of the apartments.

Everything great but parking…

The condo was great - as described in VRBO! No complaints with the property itself except for parking. There were so many parked cars without any parking pass and lots with notices left but still remains parked. I only brought one car and it was still a challenge to find parking. No one was holding any cars without passes leave or accountable. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate especially for those who follow rules and regulations. I would come back again but please fix parking.
