Our brand new basement apartment is packed with lots of style and amenities. It has a full kitchen and cozy living room with Smart tv.

The door for the basement is located the left side of the house and opens into a roomy living/kitchen/dining area which will become the main hang-out area. The living room has lots of seating and a 55 inch smart TV with Roku. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 6. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom located in the basement. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds. One of the two queen bedrooms features a smart TV.

Parking: Free street parking is available. The driveway is reserved for guests renting main and combined units.

Our basement features a total of 2 HD Smart TVs with Roku signed into Netflix, HBOMax, and Disney+. Guests can also log into their own streaming services via the Roku interface.

Guest will have access to the entire basement including the laundry room.

We live down the street and can be contacted through the Airbnb app or our cell phone. Our property manager Michael has access to our Airbnb messages and is available for anything you may need before or during your stay.

***Accurate guest count is required by Airbnb and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 6 people staying overnight and 2 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 8 people. If you have questions about this policy, please send us a message before you book.
1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key.

3. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee

4. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds.

6. Guest must provide a copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity.

7. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti.

8. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard fee if the have to clean up any bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces)
