New CONSTRUCTION, in the heart of the city. This property has lots of 5 star reviews on AIrBnB. There are many restaurants/bars all within walking distance of the home. There is also biking/walking trails within walking distance of the home. Also, the house has a great layout for people to congregate in different areas of the home. I love to entertain and you will see this house does not disappoint. It has the best of TVs and audio (Sonos) throughout the home. This place will feel like you never left home.

The house was immaculate and it a great location - close to Montrose, the Heights, and Memorial Park.
