Clean & convenient

Our stay was great. Very close to the downtown venue we saw a concert at. The check in & check out process were very easy. 3 nice, big beds. Modern, stylish interior. We loved the rooftop patio. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.

Decent stay if you’re fine w/o water or electricity

Overall the townhouse was well kept. Location is close to food/bars. Small cleanliness issues: - Moldy shower curtains Major issues: - Water issue that was reported to host upon arrival. It was not properly addressed so we only had one shower with low water pressure when we paid and expected two bathrooms and laundry. - To make matters worse, the power went out in the only working shower. - Additionally there were vehicles parked in spaces meant for rental guests. At one point a longer truck blocked the entrance to the driveway so good luck parking

Great space!

My family and I just stayed here and the space was exactly as pictured. A good size kitchen, common area and bathrooms! Khalil was always quick to respond and very communicative and helpful! One thing to note it has 3 beds but is only a true 2 bedroom. One of the beds is on the upstairs loft area and not an enclosed room. It worked perfect for 2 of us to still simply sleep there!

Weekend Stay

Khalil was so helpful and communicative during our stay! And the location is great and so close to nearby restaurants. Will definitely book again the next time I’m in Phx!
