Welcome to sunny South Florida in our professionally designed Charming South Florida home! Conveniently located 10 minutes from Downtown Delray Beach and 6 minutes to the Beach, our home is a great home base to all the activities you may want to explore. When not out exploring, dive into our large screened-in pool while taking in the warm Florida sun!

Upon walking in, you'll immediately be taken back by our professionally designed 3/2 South Florida charmer. With ample seating in our living room and views of the pool, you'll truly embrace relaxing at home while being reminded you're on vacation. Our fully stocked kitchen provides all that you'll need to cook home cooked meals. The Master Suite includes a King Bed, TV & Ensuite Bathroom. Guest room 1 has a Queen and Guest room 2 comes stocked with a desk and (Twin + Full) Bunk Bed.
Outside:
Our large screened-in pool is perfect for those who love the tropics! Truly enjoy the ample outdoor seating while not being worried about insects and bugs interrupting your fun in the sun. Staying in? Cook a meal that the whole family can enjoy at our outdoor dining table - a true bonus to your stay.

- 6 minutes to beach
- 5 minutes to Sweetwater Bar & grill (Specialty Cocktail and food - a favorite of ours!)
- 5 minutes to many restaurants, shops, groceries + more!
- 10 minutes to Downtown Delray
- 20 minutes to Mizner Park + Town Center Mall
- Easy Access to I-95 to get to West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami or the Everglades!

Guest Access:
Guests will receive self check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests will have entire home to themselves.

We recommend having a car.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $200. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.

The laundry room is in the carport (not inside the home).

We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Boyton beach

The inside of the house was very clean. The neighborhood was definitely not what I expected. The houses around this rental are very unkempt as was this rentals outdoor areas. The front needs trees to be trimmed and the lawn wasn’t cut what looked like for about 3 weeks. I totally understand that it had rained quiet a bit before our stay, however when I called to have the lawn mowed they did come but 2 hours of listening to the mower, weedwacker, blower was very annoying as we were sitting by the pool. The pool was very nice. That’s about all. The windows in the place looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time most of the blinds were broken and hard to open. The kitchen sink was leaking which I couldn’t use the last day which was fine because by that time I was aggravated enough to just forget about it. I think the price was too high for this property and the area it’s in. The train that runs close to the house was very very annoying and I know there’s not much anyone can do about that but again it should be put in the description. We came to relax and we were disappointed due to the fact that the train woke us every night. The managing people did give us back some money which was the right thing to do but I don’t think I would be renting this property again.

Great stay!

We had a great time at this property. The pool was wonderful. The outside cushions could use a good cleaning. The sink in the kitchen continues to run if you don't turn it all the way to cold and shut it off, and the main bathroom toilet paper holder fell off the wall with the first use. But overall, this property was comfortable and I would stay here again. We had no problems with the neighborhood and/or the neighbors. The host was in touch right away and made it known they were available for any needs/concerns.

Great stay

I would definitely stay at this home again. The house had obviously been updated and it was immaculate. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great. Everyone enjoyed our time in the pool. Check in and out was a breeze and all of us were happy with this trip.

Pretty house close to everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Boynton Beach! The location couldn't be better - just a short drive to the beach and to all the local attractions. The house itself was even better than we expected. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the living room was cozy and comfortable. But the real highlight of this house is the pool! We spent countless hours swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the Florida sunshine and we loved every minute of it. Overall, we would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation in near Delray. The location, amenities, and overall experience were all top-notch, and we can't wait to come back again soon! Oh, the mango tree was cool too!

A True Oasis

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental in Boynton Beach, and I cannot express enough how delightful my experience was. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the rental was outstanding. Nestled in the heart of Boynton Beach, it provided easy access to the beaches, the downtown Delray area, and a multitude of attractions. Whether we wanted to soak up the sun, explore the local cuisine, everything was within a short distance. The rental itself was a true gem. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by a beautifully designed living space. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was evident, creating an inviting and cozy ambiance. The rental was equipped with all the amenities one could desire for a comfortable stay. The living area and kitchen were spacious, offering ample room to relax and prepare meals. The house even has a mango tree in the front yard, where we plucked fresh mangos for breakfast. The friends got to hang out in the big, clean pool in the back, that was covered by a screen to keep out bugs. What truly set this rental apart was the exceptional hospitality provided by the hosts. From the moment of booking to check-out, they were prompt in their communication, attentive to any inquiries or needs, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I look forward to returning with my family in the future.
