This Stylish 3 bedroom House has 2 kitchens & 2 living rooms, with connecting door that can be closed or opened for privacy. Perfect for families traveling together. Sleeps 11 people. 1st bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has full bed with twin trundle, 3rd bedroom has queen bed. Both living rooms have a queen memory foam sofa sleeper bed. Large outdoor courtyard with outdoor lights, BBQ grills, firepit and Giant Jenga and Giant Connect 4 games.

Not as good as expected, but not terrible.

The duplex is cute, although there is no back door to the back yard, so if you plan on using the backyard, you have to use the front door and walk around the house to get to the back yard. Inside the furniture was very well kept. The back yard furniture has seen better days to say the least. I was notified the day of check-in that there was a broken a/c in one bedroom, although we really didn't need it in December. Also most of the blinds had been broken so I sent photos to the host to make sure she knew they were that way when we arrived. Overall it was a good stay, just very disappointed there was no door to the back yard for our get together.

Great for our small bachelorette party

We had a small group for a friend’s bachelorette and it was perfect for us plenty of space and a great back yard.

Retirement Gathering

The location was perfect for everything that we needed to do. If you fly into the Tampa Bay area it is very convenient to the airports.

Nice little spot for our big family!

Our family stayed there (11 people total) for 8 days over Christmas and New Years. The house was clean, stocked with necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and aloe. The pillows need replaced, they are paper thin. The garbage disposal doesn’t work, the dishwasher is not connected into the counter but works fine. The place needs more blankets for sure. It’s pretty weird that there are technically three rental properties on this site. There was a family that wanted the back yard while we were there which was super weird. You share a laundry and backyard space. They ended up parking near their door and we had several little kids running around which was scary. You are on a busy road. The table in the original pictures is not the one there, we had 11 people (seven were kids) so more seating would have been better, but it worked out. We cooked on the grill and stove several times, they worked well. The location is about 20-30 minutes from a beach/the pier which sucked, but it was disclosed. We would prefer to stay closer to the water next time. You are literally three minutes from the airport though which was awesome. You can’t have it all. The manager was responsive when we had questions. We washed the towels and cleaned up before we left, but the sand was still everywhere! We ended up leaving boogie boards (5 total) and two car seats because we couldn’t take them home. The car seats were from our rental car, they didn’t want them back. Trash was easy to take out, liked the security system and self locking doors. We would stay again!

Great Stay

6 of us stayed for a week and had no problems. House was as shown on the site. We had a BBQ dinner with more family and the backyard was awesome. Overall, everyone in our party thought it was a very nice place to stay.
