Our Home is Located in the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains, Waterville Valley, and Loon Mountain. Whether you’re looking to peak bag, hike to scenic waterfalls, or take a short stroll, Waterville Valley has a trail for all hiking ability levels. Smarts Brooks, Mad River and Old Waterville Trails are all minutes away. Polar Caves, Ice Castles and Loon Mountain are all 20 min away making this location convenient for all seasons.

House runs off a well. That’s right your using Mountain water. It takes a minute for hot water to circulate and pressure to build please be patient.

Great spot!

Exactly as pictured and just what we wanted. Close to what we wanted - Loon area, Clark’s Trading and 50min to Santa Village. Our family and pups loved it. Would stay again!

Winter Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean & comfortable -- everything felt relatively new. Easy to get to downhill, xc skiing and hiking trails. Steven always replied promptly when we had a question. We could have used a few more items in in the kitchen (pan/baking tray for oven, toaster), but I am sure they will accumulate more over time! We would happily stay here again!

Great stay!

We really liked this VRBO! It was a great location, accessible to everything the White Mountains have to offer. It was a perfect size for 4 adults and a dog and exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend this place!

Great house, awesome location

Steve’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Everything seemed newly renovated, nicely decorated and was very comfortable for my family of 2 kids and our dog. Location was perfect, set back from the road, private but a quick 10 min to Waterville Valley and so easy to get to Plymouth and Lincoln. Steve was very communicative and answered all our questions. Hoping to come back this winter for skiing!
