This one bedroom one bath unit features a Luxury Queen Memory Foam Adjustable Bed in the bedroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass door enclosure, toilet and single vanity. The living room , includes two upgraded Queen Bed Sofa Sleepers, chair, end tables with lamps, coffee table, Large big screen tv and dresser. The dinning room table seats four. Includes Kitchen Aid Fridge/freezer, stove/oven and microwave. This unit also has new whirlpool washer and dryer in the unit for use at no additional charge. the unit is furnished with bedlinens, towels and basic cooking utensils.

This private one bedroom beach house gives you access to the unit, parking for up to two vehicles directly to the left of the unit. Private beach entrance trail directly behind the unit off of the parking side. There you will also find an outdoor shower to rinse off after hitting the beach. This unit does not allow access to the main house or the main house’s deck or patio.
