About this property

Lucy House is a relaxing getaway, whether you are kicking back on the spacious front porch or enjoying coffee in our large living area inside. The feeling is calmness and peace at Lucy. Feel free to have a beverage, an array of teas and coffees are provided, and visit with family or friends. We offer 2 main floor bedrooms, sleeping 2 each and 2 upstairs bedrooms, sleeping 1 and 2. Central air and heat make for a very comfortable stay. We have a bathroom on main floor which is very handy.
The space
Lucys space is amazing!! A large fenced in yard with a covered patio makes for a wonderful outdoor relaxing area. Our main floor is spacious and charming, dining and living area with a beautiful kitchen. We have a lovely bathroom with a walkin shower. There is a 1 car garage available. My favorite is the comfortable and cozy front porch.

The entire space is available except the basement.
Other things to note
We are close to many amenities. Cody Park, known for its animals, ice cream and rides is close by, as well as our Canteen District downtown, rich with North Platte history. We offer many local eateries, shops and sights.

Holiday stay

The house was great for our family. The home was clean, and we all loved the character of the house! We will definitely book again when in the area. The host was responsive, and had the snow shoveled quickly after the storm came through.

Family reunion in North Platte

The house was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed.The host provided nice little extras for our enjoyment during the stay. We were pleased to discover the washer and dryer in the closet in a main floor bedroom. This bedroom is the pathway to the bathroom and the upstairs bedrooms. The house being old had creeky floors and stairs. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host went out of her way to help us with additional accomodations that we needed, which we greatly appreciated.

Nice in North Platte

My family and I stayed here as part of our 50 states adventures. The property is clean and stocked. It’s an old home, but well cared for. Front porch relaxing was nice.

The Lucy House

We quite enjoyed our quiet stay at the Lucy house! We were on our way home from vacation in South Dakota and stopped for two nights and visited the railyard and a few other places. The house is amazingly relaxing and we were refreshed just sitting on the front porch enjoying the cool evening breeze! The house is all it is advertised to be and hostess is quick to respond! We hope we can visit again on another trip north!!
