Sundowner 8 - Seven Mile Beach

Sundowner is a unique condo resort located on the quiet northern part of our most popular and beautiful Seven Mile Beach. This magnificent stretch of powdery white sand is excellent for swimming, snorkeling or just plain walking. In this area you can explore in solitude, snorkel in front of your condominium or take a leisurely walk to all the “action” of nearby hotels, restaurants and water sports.

Sundowner 8 has been newly renovated from top to bottom, with all new appliances and furnishings. It is on the second and third floor of this complex, and has two spacious bedrooms (King and Twins), and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, as there is a pull out couch in the living room. It is a self sufficient unit with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, with incredible views out to the beach and Caribbean Sea. There is a spectacular rooftop terrace off the master bedroom, perfect for watching the breathtaking Cayman sunsets, having your morning coffee, or just relaxing on the sun lounger and taking in the sun!

Cayman vacation

Great property for our family. It was clean, Nicola was helpful, the beach was great! We enjoyed our time there and are glad we picked Sundowner, we hope to be back again!

Paradise

The condo was beautiful and the view was just like a postcard - simply breathtaking. It was very quite as the building is set back off the main road. The condo is very well stocked. A few items that would be nice are a pizza cutter, oven mitts and maybe some insulated glasses to take down to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing views and easy access to the beach right from the condo. Unit is clean and well equipped. We didn't want to leave.

Beautiful condo on the beach

This was a clean updated condo on the beach, that was well stocked. Great view from the second floor balcony, and a great place to have your coffee! It was nice to have a cooler, floaties, and beach loungers! A grill would have been a great addition! Quiet area and good location!
