LIVING AREA

The all new living area offers comfortable seating with a large couch and love seat, with a large smart TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the sparkling kitchen, appointed with a full suite of appliances as well as a large kitchen island and bar-stool seating for 3. Some of the many extras include an ice maker, toaster and all the items needed to cook up a feast at home

Gather around the dining room table with seating for 8, the kitchen island with seating for 3 and outdoor dining table with seating for 8 more people. Highchair also included for the little ones.

BED & BATH

This single-level home comfortably sleeps 12 adult guests in 4 bedrooms and also includes a full size crib.

Sleep soundly on the king-size bed in the primary bedroom, which also features an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.

The younger guests with love the third bedroom offering two sets of bunk beds with twin-size beds.

The third bedroom is an oversized, second master bedroom with a king size bed, a day bed with a trundle bed and a full-size crib. This oversized room also includes a desk and chair for a private area to sit and work. If you like it cool to sleep, you will love the private AC unit in this room.

The second bath includes a tub/shower combo to wash off the sand from the beach.

THE LOCATION

An array of gorgeous beaches is located in the area starting at only a 13 mile drive from home where dolphins swim regularly along with rays. An abundance of local eateries and popular attractions can also be found within a very short drive.

Rent a boat for a fun-filled day on the water. Golfers will appreciate having multiple golf courses within close proximity.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

- Approximately 4 miles away is Manatee Village Historical Park preserves the pioneer heritage of Manatee County's founding period of 1840-1918. The historical park contains 14 preserved and replica structures representative of the founding period, including the 1903 Wiggins General Store, the Fogarty Boatworks, the 1912 Stephens House, a smokehouse, a sugar cane mill, a barn, the 1887 Methodist church, the 1908 schoolhouse, the 1860 courthouse, a Cow Hunter's bunkhouse, and a steam engine.[2] Museum visitors can also tour the nearby 1850 Manatee burying grounds. Admission is free.

- Bird Key Park. This park is a popular location to fish, bike, enjoy the sunset, launch a canoe or kayak or walk your leashed pet. Located just before you exit the south side of the John Ringling Causeway. It also has two pavilions, and picnic tables. Park is open 5 a.m. – 11 p.m., daily.
