About this property

Get this beautiful apartment for less than a hotel room in the area! This beauty was newly built in July of 2022 and tastefully finished by the host. It is situated in a quiet community on a one acre lot where deer are often seen grazing.

This lovely apartment is perfect choice if you're in town for an event or just want a quiet get-a-way for two.

There are sleeping arrangements for two people, but guests may bring a third person, provided they bring their own air mattress, crib, cot or other sleeping device. All guests names must be disclosed at the time of booking, including a child or infant.

Most people love the location due to its close promimity to grocery stores, multiple restuarants, retail stores and three train stations. It is also very close to Route 309 and the PA Turnpike.

Awesome place to stay!

This property was spotless at check-in and the amenities were perfect. There is no oven/stove, but there is an induction stove top that works perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and big. There is also a large Walmart with groceries less than 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

During this hosting journey, we have been fortunate to meet people from all over the country and different parts of the world. It's been a wonderful experience.

Why they chose this property

This is a great location as it is very close to our own home. We have a huge demand mostly from business travelers. We also accomodate people visiting friends and family, and those in the area for weddings or other venues.

What makes this property unique

This unit provides privacy, yet proximity to three train stations and major thoroughfares. There are plenty of restuarants, shopping, gyms, and houses of worship all within a 15 minute drive or much less. This is very close to Merck, J&J, and many other businesses.
Grandview Hospital and Lansdale Jefferson Hospital are aslo minutes away.
