About this property

Residing on the original rose garden of Henry Flagler’s “Kirkside” Estate is “The Kirkside Carriage House”. This two-story abode consists of a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor while the second floor provides an eat-in kitchen, living area, office space, bedroom, and bathroom. It is conveniently located two blocks from the downtown historic district which offers scenic views, tours, restaurants, and shops.

DUE TO ALLERGIES, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS.
Other things to note
- Booking party must be 25+, and must be present at the home for the
duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the
property without their parent or legal guardian. Violation is grounds for
removal from property without refund.

- Government-issued ID required at booking.
- Netflix TV only, no cable.

Best in St. Augustine

My wife and I have stayed in a few different locations while visiting historic St. Augustine, and to say that none were better than the Kirkside Carriage House would be an understatement. Five stars only because I cannot give six. That's not to say that the place is perfect. (I'd love it even more if there was a King bed in the first floor bedroom, as well as a "real" door to the bathroom in the first floor bedroom.) But it's as close to perfect as a VRBO can be. The cleanliness is unmatched, as is the location. Plus, the hosts are excellent to communicate with. And kudos to them for stocking it with most every item one could need when away from home. We are already looking forward to booking with them again!
