Sugar Beach 337 - Booking Spring 2024!

Sugar Beach 337 is a 1 bed, 2 bath condo that will accommodate 4 guests. 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Low density, family friendly complex directly on the beach. Great location within Sugar Beach with side views of the beach and Gulf from the private balcony. Enjoy the view from the balcony, or take the elevator down to the boardwalk and enjoy the sugar sands of the gulf. Relax in one of the 4 pools. One is heated during the winter.
Sugar Shack snack bar open during the summer season. BBQ and picnic tables available on site.
Condo is located on the third floor. Main level has the kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and full bath. Upstairs is the bedroom with king bed and 2nd full bath.
Allergy friendly - pet free for over 5 years.
Beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach during summer season.
Conveniently located closed to restaurants, bars, Gulf State Park, shopping and many other attractions.
Rental Agreement to be signed with 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $250 required. Parking fee of $35 per car, limit 2, to be purchased onsite. Only one pass permitted during holidays.

3rd stay

This was our 3rd stay here at sugar beach and it was amazing as always . Condo was comfortable and clean!!! The heated pool came in handy this time around . We will be back !!!

Property and Complex feedback

The property itself met our overall needs. It’s was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Renee was very responsive and pleasant. However, we were very disappointed in lack of pride, upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the common areas of the Sugar Beach complex.
