Not the experience I wanted

The rental was the perfect size for our family, it suits our need and looks great at first sight. There was plenty of room for everyone and it feels comfortable. My biggest concern were cleanliness, the lights didn’t work in the first floor bedrooms and the basement the entire time we were there. The bathroom floors are white and you can visible see dirt of black and brown specs all over 2 bathrooms. The basement had dead roach in the common area, candy wrap on the floors and looked like someone hadn’t clean the place. There were multiple communication with the property manager that led no where. Not a single resolution on what we complained about. This property was marketed as luxury and I’ve got to say it was far from that and I am very disappointed with the experience. Not worth the price in my opinion.
