The Space:
Welcome to our splendid 5-bedroom Asheville retreat, nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac just minutes from Haywood Road and Patton Avenue. This beautifully appointed home is designed to accommodate families or larger groups seeking comfort and convenience while exploring Asheville's vibrant attractions and natural beauty. Upon entering the abode, you'll be captivated by the bright, open-concept living area, boasting a cozy sleeper sofa, TV, and inviting indoor fireplace. Savor the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and all the essentials for whipping up scrumptious meals. Serve your culinary creations in the elegant dining room or opt for a refreshing al fresco experience on the double decks, furnished with comfortable seating, a propane grill, propane fire pit, and a large hot tub perfect for soothing evenings under the stars. The main floor features a sumptuous master bedroom boasting a plush king-size bed, TV, and a full bathroom. The upstairs houses three additional stylish bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds and another full bathroom to ensure privacy and comfort. On the basement level, discover a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, a relaxing sitting area with a TV, and another full bathroom. We also provide a queen-size air mattress for extra guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy complete access to the entire home and its luxurious amenities, including the hot tub, BBQ grill, backyard, and free parking on the premises. Check-in with ease using our sophisticated smart lock system, ensuring smooth and hassle-free arrivals and departures.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet 4 house street. Our house is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Please help keep the neighbors happy by respecting our house rules of quiet hours between 10pm-8am.

Getting Around:
Vehicle is needed. Uber/Lyft are available and I can also share info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals. Just ask for her info!
